The initial discussion and screening are free and limited to a single site visit. We present a basic outline of the opportunity and establish whether you would like to progress.
Before detailed surveys, inspections, monitoring or design begins, we agree the scope, deliverables, costs and who will pay. ComTek can undertake technical work within its qualifications and competence, with any required external specialist input included in the agreed costs. Additional work is agreed before it proceeds.
Lease
ComTek would normally take on most costs and retain most operating profit, with the host receiving agreed rent for the space.
A blended arrangement
Costs, responsibilities and returns can sit between these routes, according to the agreement. No fixed allocation is assumed before assessment.

A suitable commercial roof may offer an opportunity to generate electricity where your business uses it. Rooftop solar can be assessed independently or alongside workplace charging, fleet charging, battery storage or other planned changes to electricity demand.
ComTek Solar starts with your premises, operating hours and available energy information. An initial review considers roof size, orientation, shading and the potential relationship between solar generation and daytime consumption.
Further assessment establishes the investigations needed into roof condition, structural suitability, electrical connections, permissions and installation access.
A site-specific proposal should explain estimated generation, likely on-site use, potential export and the assumptions behind any financial forecast.
